• Any items that are damaged or show signs of wearing and tearing, resized products, altered products or used product are not subject to returns policy.
• The product must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging with supporting paperwork.
• In case of damage in the product design, the customers can opt for exchange or refund with 10%deduction on the product value.
• In case of loss of original certificates, the customer can show the shipping certificate. The product is then sent to the Lab for re-certification.
• Customers can avail our Lifetime Exchange and Buy Back policy on all purchases.
• Loose solitaires Diamonds and gemstones are not covered under 30 days return policy.
• In case of returns made within 30 days, customers must contact our customer desk on given contact number or mail us at support@yellowgoldanddiamonds.com.
• Retain the original packaging along with tags, bags, boxes etc and securely pack the product.
• Once you contact our customer service, we will send our representative to collect the packaged products.
• You will be provided with a return tracking number to ensure that your product is securely returned to the distribution center.
• You can expect the returns within 10-14 days.
