All the purchases made through the website, are delivered in a tamper proof packing. We are associated with various courier services and deliver according to the serviceability and shipping address. We assure to deliver all your orders right at your doorstep through a safe and secure service.

Yellow Gold and Diamond holds the insurance of the products until they are delivered to you safely.

Shipping Charges

We deliver all over India at no-cost. However, As per the state government’s entry tax, the customers have to pay the Taxes on Jewellery, Coin, Solitaire or Watches. The taxes are applicable as soon as the product enters their State. Our courier partners have simplified the taxation by paying the charges on the customer’s behalf. They later collect the same from the customers at the time of delivery.

Delivery to Identified Person

In order to enjoy a hassle-free delivery, we encourage our customers to enter the correct details of the Consignee/ Recipient. The details include name, address, contact number, a nearby landmark, and pincode.

During delivery, the recipient has t produce one of the below identity proofs ;

• Pan card
• Adhar Card
• Passport
• Ration Card
• Voter’s Card

We expect the customers to cooperate with our courier person during the identification process.

We deliver products only on Commercial location or Residential Location. We regret the fact that no service is provided for Malls, Hostel, Restaurant or Hotels.

Any change in the Shipping Adress on the part of the customer needs to be updated before the product is shipped. Customers can track their order by logging into our Yellow Gold and Diamond website. Once the product is shipped, the customers cannot change the address.

Yellow Gold and Diamond owns the right to changes made in the shipping policy without any prior notice. Courier services are subject to the terms and condition of the Courier company.
